IT Sales Manager

We are looking for:

In Perpetio, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Manager to join our team.
The primary goal of this position is to achieve and exceed sales targets, source, and close new contracts, cultivate strong client relationships, and contribute to the overall expansion of our outsource/outstaffing services in the mobile app development field. As an IT Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to capture new market opportunities and drive revenue growth & overall company’s success.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities (according to ICP/IBP criteria)
• Managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting (lead generation) to closing deals
• Develop B2B messaging for outreach campaigns and automate send-outs (email, LinkedIn)
• Brainstorm and work on new outbound sales strategies and channels for getting new clients
• Utilizing CRM to maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads interactions, and sales pipeline

Would be a plus:

• CRM (Hubspot) and outreach systems experience
• An established network of contacts within the IT industry
• Multilingual proficiency to engage with diverse clients and markets

Required skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Sales, or Business Development roles
• Proven experience in IT sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• A solid knowledge of IT solutions, services (outsource/outstaff), and technologies
• C1-C2 level of English
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
• High level of responsibility and proactivity
