  4. We are the mobile development studio based in Tallinn, Estonia, with the development office in Lviv, Ukraine.

    For the purposes of the Data Protection Act (‘DPA’) and in-line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (the ‘GDPR’), Perpetio is the ‘Data Controller’ and is responsible for your personal data.

    This information we receive from you when you fill in forms on our website or communicate with us via phone, email or in other ways when applying for jobs via website.

     

    Information we collect

    Information collected may include but not limited to browser type, IP address, time of access, and computer operating system. As well as cookies may also be used to analyze general details, such as device type and its operating system. Plus cookies are used to supplement customer experience. They ensure that you won’t have to enter the same information many times on a single website.

    We may receive personal data about you from public sources such as various third parties including for example social media, business partners, sub-contractors in technical and payment services and analytics providers etc. 

     

    So to sum up we can receive:

    At the same time we apply the best possible security measures to protect your data. So we use   HTTPS and SSL certification protocols on our website.

    After receiving your information - we use our strict security procedures to ensure that it is protected.

    You can ask us to:

     

    • confirm whether we are processing your personal data.
    • give you a copy of that data.
    • provide you with other information about your personal data such as: what data we process, how we use it, whether we transfer it abroad, how we protect it, how long we keep it, clarify the rights you have, how to make a complaint, the sources we used to have acquired your data.     Correcting your data

     

    You can ask us to correct any data you’ve provided if it is inaccurate or incomplete.

     

    Deleting your data

     

    This right is sometimes referred to as “the right to be forgotten”. This is not an absolute right but you have the right to ask your data to be deleted, in certain circumstances.

     

    You can ask to erase your data in case if:

     

    • it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was originally collected or processed;
    • we are processing your data based on your consent, and you withdraw that consent;
    • you object to the processing and we do not have an overriding legitimate interest for continuing;
    • your data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation;

    There are some exceptions to this right. If one of these applies, we do not have to delete the data.

     

    If we have shared your data with third parties, we will tell them about the erasure of your data unless this is impossible or would involve a disproportionate effort.

     

    Restrict of processing the data

     

    You can also restrict the processing of your data if: 

    • if you contest the accuracy of your data, we will restrict processing until we have made sure the data is accurate;
    • if you object to our processing and we are considering this objection;
    • if the processing is unlawful but you do not want us to erase your data;
    • if we no longer need the personal data but you require the data to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

     

    You can require us to stop using your data for direct marketing purposes. We will stop as soon as we receive your request. There are no exemptions or reasons for us to refuse.

     

    For all requests above, we aim to respond to you within 1 (one) month after receiving your request unless it is excessively complicated to fulfill or you have made several requests, in which case we aim to respond within 3 (three) months. We will let you know if it will take us more than 1 (one) month to deal with your request. We may also ask you if you can tell us the exact piece of information you want to receive if it is unclear from your request. This will help us fulfill your request faster. 

    You do not have to pay a fee for a copy of your information unless your request is unfounded or excessive, in which case we will charge a reasonable amount if needed. We will let you know of any charges before completing your request.
