What is your working process?
It really depends on the project requirements, team size, and timeline. We divide the process into milestones, plan the sprints and team activities. The team keeps the communication on a daily basis. The process is transparent, the customer is aware of the progress, and can be reported for a request.
How do you log hours?
We’re using https://clockify.me for hours logging as well as Jira Time tracker. If there is a tool you prefer to use for time management - we can use it as well.
Can I communicate with the developers directly?
We’ll create a Slack channel with dev (QA, PM etc) where you can communicate with. All our team is proficient in the English language so you may be in touch with the team directly. However, we may provide the PM as part of the team who may be your main point of contact throughout the project. This might be very helpful in case the project requires a team working on it.
What is the invoicing process?
We usually invoice at the end of the month or twice a month. This could be adjusted to your process as well.
What is the contractual process?
We do sign an MSA document before starting the collaboration. This document includes the scope of work and budget, as well as statements that ensure your intellectual rights for the product.
Where will my dedicated team be located?
Perpetio is a design and software development agency – headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia – with a development office based in Lviv, Ukraine. Your team will be based in Lviv, Ukraine.
What is your payment model?
Typically, we charge on an hourly basis. However, we can discuss some preferable ways according to your project and requirements.

What would be the cost of developing the app?
The cost differs depending on the seniority level of the developer, tech stack, project scope, and timeline. Please contact the sales team at contact@perpet.io.
Do you offer a trial?
We understand that you need to check the quality of our deliverables before committing to the longer terms, so in such cases, we may offer a trial period.
How do you recruit candidates?
We work with a highly professional HR&Recruiting team that is able to attract and retain top-notch developers. We use only proven techniques and resources and check candidates through the technical tasks, soft skills tests, and interviews with the senior team members.
Which industries do you support?
Perpetio has expertise in E-commerce, Finance, Healthcare, Sports, Wellness and Fitness, EdTech, Events and many more industries. As long as we have the relevant technical expertise, we don’t limit ourselves to the list of industries.
Can you build apps for both iOS and Android?
Yes, we can do native apps (separates apps for iOS and Android) as well as cross-platform apps using Flutter - 1 app for both iOS and Android platforms.
Can you work with us if we don’t have a fully-formed idea for our app?
Absolutely! Even more, we are here for you to make it complete. Our design studio makes a discovery for you and suggests some ideas for your consideration. The tech team comes up with ideas as well, from a technical perspective.
Will you sign an NDA for the app you’re developing?
Yes, sure, we will sign an NDA, you can count on us to keep your app idea and development scope private.
Should I have a visual (wireframe) ready for my app?
If you have your own designer and have visuals ready, our development team can work with you to build the app. If you just have an idea or concept, the Perpetio team is happy to help you visualize and convert your ideas and concepts into digital reality.
Do I need to test my app?
You may test yourself definitely and point out the bugs. Usually, we practice engaging the QA manager to cover this part of the work.
