The Challenge

The mobile application is used for easy and quick ordering, managing shipments and delivery of products.
The main business challenge for Meest is to be a mediator between shoppers and buyers. Their app is one of the most convenient tools for grouping and presenting large amounts of data through various features. And, at the same time, it is simple and clean.

The Solution

The development process began from the client sharing their requirements and vision. From the user persona analysis to planning and exploring options already on the market, everything was important.
The application intuitively guides the user through all steps – from ordering to receiving goods. Users have full control over the package’s journey - they can access its status, gain info on when the goods will arrive at the warehouse and make arrangements to pick it up, have it delivered to an address, store it at the warehouse until other packages arrive, etc. This entire process can be managed conveniently inside the app with just a couple of clicks.
